Training Employment Pass (TEP) Application
The Training Employment Pass is for corporate trainees who are foreign nationals undergoing practical training (professional, managerial, and specialist job) in Singapore with the objective of carrying out the work in their own country. Foreign undergraduates who wish to be interned in Singapore for professional, managerial, and specialist jobs can also apply for TEP.

- Fixed monthly salary of S$3,000 or be part of the undergraduate's degree programme from an acceptable institution
- Possess a degree/diploma. If the applicant has not yet completed the educational course, support letters from educational institution stating that the training is part of the degree/diploma program

Documents Required
These documents and information are required for Training Employment Pass applications:
- Training Employment Pass application form
- The applicant must be sponsored by a well-established Singapore-registered company.
- The form must be endorsed with the company's stamp or seal, and signed by the applicant and an authorised officer from the sponsoring company.
- A detailed training programme stating:
- Objective of training
- Type of training
- Location of training
- Duration of training
- Applicant’s educational documents
Additional document(s) are required for:
- Diploma/degree qualifications from India
- Transcripts and marksheets
- Diploma/degree qualifications from China
- Certificate of Graduation
- Verification proof of education certificates from any one of the following independent verification channels:
- Dataflow
- The China Higher Education Student Information and Career Center (CHESICC)
- The China Academic Degrees and Graduate Education Information (CDGDC)
- Applicants on training attachments as part of degree/diploma program
Support letters from the educational institution stating that the training is part of the degree/diploma program
- Photograph of the applicant (passport-sized and taken within the last three months)
- Personal particulars page of applicant's passport/travel document
